I was seen by Mr O'Riordan some 45 mins later than my allotted appointment.This did not concern me as I am aware that some patients require more time than others.I was greeted warmly and immediately felt that I was in good hands as Mr O'Riordan has an air of confidence ,experience and knowledge.I was asked to describe my symptoms,and a quick diagnosis was made.At no time did I feel intimidated or patronised,instead I was put at my ease and felt very relaxed.We shared some light hearted chat,which seemed genuine on his part even at the end of a long day.I feel very confident about my up coming operation.
